सरापा आरज़ू होने ने बन्दा कर दिया हमको
वगरना हम ख़ुदा थे गर दिले बेमुद्दआ होते

I am bound by desires from head to foot
This is what makes me the worshiper.
Had my heart been free from all desire,
I would have been the worshiped one.
