वो ख़ुदा का बेटा सलीब पे चढ़ गया,   

हमने उसकी याद में जश्न मना लिया,

किसी  ने न सोचा, कि क्या कहा था उसने,

उसकी राह पर चलना तो दूर की बात है

क्युं न हम सब मिलकर 

इस तरह मनाएँ ये दिन

कि जश्न इन्सनियत का हो

हो जाम मुहब्बत का
